Snow Moon Sound Bath: Rebalance Festival

SUN 1ST FEB 2.50-4.15PM

A sound bath to relax, reset and take time for yourself under the beautiful full moon.

A 75-minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself underneath the beautiful full moon.

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.

This session also falls on the afternoon of Imbolc, a time to notice the first signs of Spring and new life after Winter.

All welcome, no experience necessary. 

Spaces are limited as this is a small and cosy venue, perfect to feel the vibrations of sound.

What to bring:

  • Comfy and cosy clothes/layers as it is normal to cool down throughout a sound bath.
  • Water or a warm drink.
  • Any cushions or blankets that may help you feel more comfortable as you will be laying down for a long period of time. Mats are provided.
  • Optional: an eye pillow/mask

Balance Body & Mind: Rebalance Festival

How to rebalance and why it’s the foundation of wellbeing.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore why balance is integral to health and how doing what we’ve evolved to do naturally, is the key to both physical and mental wellbeing and longevity, helping to protect against disease, anxiety and chronic stress.

Learn how balancing our basic needs, nourishing ourselves at the cellular level and performing, sometimes mundane and uncomfortable, daily habits optimise immunity, energy, mood and focus. Reducing inflammation and regulating dopamine levels are crucial.

We’ll discuss what is driving humans away from their natural state of balance, towards compulsive pleasure-seeking behaviours and a constant need to have more in the pursuit of happiness, and why it’s making us less content.

You will gain tools to help you step out of your comfort zone to rebalance naturally, so you can find your new normal.

This workshop will be led by Harriet Pilkington: Bath-based Naturopathic Health Coach DipCNM.

Journaling through All the Feelings of Midlife: Rebalance Festival

Midlife can arrive with so many emotions – grief, joy, shame, overwhelm – but often we have neither the time to feel them nor the understanding to make sense of them. We’re too busy to acknowledge what we’re feeling but our emotions are there anyway, coming out in unexpected and unwanted ways.

This journaling workshop, led by Claire Fitzsimmons – Emotions Coach, Writer + Wellbeing Practitioner — offers you the time and space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your emotional life through guided writing prompts, group support and open conversation. Together we’ll explore tools to untangle what you’re feeling, name what’s present, and create a kinder, clearer emotional toolkit for this time of your life.

However, you’re feeling – anxious or overlooked, sad or angry, regretful or hopeful – this workshop is designed to give you the time and space to check-in with your emotional life.

Expect thought-provoking exercises, group discussion, and a warm, welcoming circle of women navigating this with you. You’ll leave with deeper self-awareness, new insights, and practices you can return to beyond the page.

This is a journaling workshop, so no writing experience is necessary.
